SASRIA covers special risks such as civil commotion, public disorder, strikes, riots, and terrorism. It's optional because not all projects require this coverage, but we strongly recommend it for projects in higher-risk areas.

Public Liability insurance primarily covers the main contractor. Subcontractors should have their own liability coverage. However, we can arrange a policy that includes subcontractors as additional insured parties if required.
